Welcome to Seasons By Two. These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website or purchase products from us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
Products
All of our wreaths and floral decorations are handcrafted. Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be small variations between individual pieces.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device. We make every effort to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.
Ready to Ship & Made to Order
Ready to Ship items are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days.
Made to Order items are individually handcrafted after your order is placed and usually require 1–2 weeks before dispatch. As each piece is handmade, there may be slight variations from the item shown in the photographs while maintaining the overall design and style.
Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£). Delivery charges are shown separately where applicable.
Payment must be completed at checkout before an order can be processed.
Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing or product information error.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the UK. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Local collection in Barnsley is available by appointment.
Returns & Refunds
Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Product Care
Our wreaths contain artificial flowers, foliage and decorative materials. To help preserve their appearance, we recommend displaying them in a sheltered position and protecting them from prolonged direct sunlight and harsh weather.

Intellectual Property
All photographs, product designs, written content and other original material displayed on this website belong to Seasons By Two unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.
