Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and securely packaged.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Personalised items or items made to your individual specifications cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.

UK delivery: FREE.  Each wreath is carefully packed in a sturdy box for safe delivery.

Local collection in Barnsley is available by appointment.

To keep your wreath looking its best, we recommend displaying it in a sheltered position, protected from prolonged direct sunlight and harsh weather conditions.

Artificial flowers and foliage may naturally fade over time when exposed to strong sunlight. If your wreath becomes dusty, gently remove dust using a soft, dry cloth or a cool, gentle airflow.

When not in use, store your wreath in a cool, dry place, ideally in its original box, to help protect its shape and keep it looking beautiful for seasons to come.
